He's a soviet spy, the one who had a lot to do with the strange hallucinations that imPorts had. He mentioned you by name as being a doctor that had previously been employed by the military. I was wondering if you might have any insight into why the USSR would bother with hallucinations like that. It seems....[ she pauses for a second while thinking how how to put this ] too specific to not have a bigger point.

Ah... well, I wouldn't say I have insight, particularly. Theories, at best. The soviets would want you doubting the United States, so I'd suppose part of their aim is to expose some of the less savory parts of history.
